REGISTERED USERS AND ACCOUNT BALANCE

Registered Users have the option to deposit funds into an account balance to pay for current or future purchases. Funds can be deposited via credit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods offered during the checkout process.

Users may not withdraw funds or request cash refunds from their account balances, except as otherwise required under applicable consumer protection laws related to unclaimed property or dormant accounts.

When making a purchase, registered Users can choose to pay the total due from their account balance. If the account balance does not cover the full order amount, Users may pay the remainder via another accepted payment method.

BenjuriyShop reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits for account balance deposits and payments. Account balances do not expire and are non-refundable except as stated above or when legally required under consumer protection regulations. If an account remains inactive for 2 years, BenjuriyShop reserves the right to charge an account maintenance fee, which will be deducted from the remaining balance before funds can be used for any future transaction.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. Shipping Costs

FREE SHIPPING on all orders, regardless of order value or destination within the supported delivery zones.

The applicable shipping cost (if any exception applies) will be clearly shown at checkout before the order is confirmed.

2. Shipping & Carriers

Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our authorised supplier partners. The carrier responsible for delivery may vary depending on the product, supplier and destination region. BenjuriyShop works exclusively with trusted logistics partners to ensure reliable delivery.

The carrier assigned to your order will be indicated in the shipping confirmation email, along with tracking details.

3. Delivery Time and Tracking

The delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected carrier. The estimated delivery window will be shown at checkout.

BenjuriyShop will send:

A confirmation email after the order is placed.
A shipping notification email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched from the warehouse.

Please note that it may take a few hours after dispatch for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system. Orders are processed on working days only.

4. International Shipments and Customs

For deliveries outside the European Union, or to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

Customs duties, import taxes or other costs at the destination country are not included in the order price.
The recipient is solely responsible for the payment of such costs.
BenjuriyShop is not responsible for delays at customs or confiscation of items by local authorities.
It is the recipient's responsibility to be aware of the import regulations applicable in their country for the items ordered.

5. Order Delivery

At the time the carrier delivers the package to the Customer, the order is considered delivered. The Customer is responsible for designating the person who will receive the package, checking the condition of the goods upon receipt, and indicating on the delivery note any visible defects in the outer and inner packaging.

6. Force Majeure

BenjuriyShop shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in the shipping and delivery of products due to circumstances beyond its control, including — without limitation — strikes, armed conflicts, natural disasters, critical health situations or any other exceptional circumstances that disrupt the normal functioning of transport services.

RETURNS & WARRANTY

There are several situations in which a product may be returned. Below you will find the cases, conditions and procedures for each one.

1. Return by Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)

You may cancel your purchase (if you do not like the product, it did not meet your expectations, or you simply wish to return it) within 14 days of the delivery date, without providing a reason.

Conditions for the return to be accepted:

The same item that was delivered must be returned, including all accessories and instructions.
The original packaging must be intact and in the same condition as received.
The product must be clean and in good condition.

Refund: if the above conditions are met, only the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. These costs vary by country. If the conditions are not met, we reserve the right to make a partial refund, reflecting the loss of value resulting from use not in accordance with the agreement or the nature of the product.

⚠️ Some products, by their nature, have special return conditions. These will be indicated on the product page.

If the conditions are met, we will send you a return label to attach to the package and arrange collection.

2. Return Due to Product Damaged in Shipment

Products may be damaged during transit and may not arrive in perfect condition. To process this type of return, two requirements must be met:

Reporting deadline: you must notify the incident within 48 hours of delivery.
Photographic evidence: photographs of both the product and the outer packaging (including courier labels) must be provided. These are required to process the claim with the carrier.

3. Return Due to Product Defect or Failure — Warranty

All our products come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty from the date on the purchase invoice, covering manufacturing defects.

The warranty does NOT cover:

Damage caused by negligence, impact or misuse (other than as indicated in the user manual).
Incorrect installation by the Customer.
Normal wear and tear of materials through regular use.

Once the product is received at our warehouse, our technicians will verify its condition, identify the issue and carry out repair or replacement with a new unit.

For products classified as "consumable goods" — such as batteries — the warranty is applied based on their specific useful life and charging cycle specifications as defined by the manufacturer.

4. Return Due to Incorrect or Missing Item

If you receive a product that does not match your order, this may be due to a packaging error or mislabelling by the carrier. You have 48 hours from delivery to report the incident. Contact us at info@benjuriy.shop with your order number and photographs of the item received.
